1. Advisory Scope
Debbie Willis-Dwyer provides professional advisory, care management, and maternity consultancy. Consultations and materials provide strategic, operational, and educational insight. They do not constitute emergency medical advice, acute hospital interventions, or formal legal counsel.
2. Consultation Bookings & Rescheduling
Consultations scheduled via the online calendar are subject to mutual confirmation. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever practicable via the link in your confirmation email.
3. Proposed Portfolio & Commercial Terms
Consultancy scopes, deliverables, timelines, and fees for bespoke organisational engagements are agreed under separate formal consultancy agreements prior to project commencement.
4. Intellectual Property
All advisory frameworks, workshop slide decks, and training materials provided by Debbie Willis-Dwyer remain the intellectual property of Debbie Willis-Dwyer Consultancy unless otherwise specified in writing.
